This past May, I led the first Energy Reset—and it was incredible. A group of thoughtful, curious students came together to explore how mindful choices around food, movement, and rest could transform the way they feel. I’m so excited to offer it again this fall: September 8–15.

When your mitochondria are nourished and functioning well, you feel like you: strong, steady, energized, and clear-headed. Think of your body like a phone battery. Everything you eat, how you move, and how you rest either charges it—or drains it. This reset is your full recharge.
