I’m so happy you’ve found yourself here!

I’m a yoga/meditation teacher, a certified life coach, a certified functional nutritionist, a cookbook author, a mom, a sister, a daughter, a partner and a friend. I cherish all things related to health and wellness, and I love helping others find a way to incorporate more joy and fitness into their lives.

I love teaching yoga and have been doing it for over 23 years. Guiding people through a practice is my happy place, and I love creating smart sequences with healthy alignment and a conscious flow that won’t overtax your body but will still make you work hard. I don’t teach weird poses or try to reinvent the wheel. I believe in learning new things and will always come to you with a fresh perspective and positive energy.

I believe that working with weights is good for your health and food is medicine. Having good relationships is healthy for your heart, deep sleep is a priority for wellness and movement everyday leads to better living. I also believe in alternative things like manifestation practices, the power of crystals and chanting, and that your thoughts can effect your actions.

In the last couple of years, especially because of the anxieties and stresses the pandemic brought to all of us, I’ve learned to prioritize meditation, strength training, and healthy eating in addition to yoga to thrive (and not just survive) through these ever changing times.
